 Order Placement and Payment:

  • Customers can place custom magic wand and staff orders by contacting us through our website at, Facebook, or Instagram.
  • After a consultation, a price quote will be provided to the customer based on the materials and complexity of the custom piece.
  • Customers have the option to pay in full or provide a non-refundable down payment of $50 for a wand or $100 for a staff to initiate the customization process.

Payment Methods:

  • We accept the following payment methods: credit/debit cards, PayPal, checks, and cashier's checks.

Cancellation and Refunds:

  • Customers can receive a full refund if they choose to cancel their order before the customization work begins.
  • If work has started, a partial refund will be issued, determined by the percentage of completion. For instance, if 50% of the work is done, the customer will receive a refund of 50% of the payment.
  • Once the customization work is completed, refunds will not be issued.

Customization Timeline and Updates:

  • We provide customers with an estimated timeline for the completion of their custom magic wand or staff. However, this timeline is subject to change due to unforeseen variables.
  • Regular updates, including images and occasional videos of the progress, will be sent to customers via email and shared on our social media platforms. Customers can also reach out with any concerns or questions.

Shipping and Delivery:

  • Shipping costs are generally included in the checkout process on our website. Additional shipping costs may apply in specific cases, such as when items need to be shipped in multiple boxes.
  • We use USPS shipping services, including first class, priority, and express options.
  • Tracking information will be provided to customers upon shipment.

Damages and Returns:

  • In the event that an item arrives damaged or defective, we will work with USPS to address the issue and provide a refund.
  • We do not accept returns or exchanges for custom magic wands and staffs.

Privacy and Security:

  • Payment information is handled securely by Shopify, and we do not have access to customers' payment details.
  • We prioritize customer privacy and do not share any other personal information with third parties.
